Nancy Phan has been an entrepreneur for 15 years with her first real estate investment in 1998. In 2019, she deployed over $10 mil in the Houston Market to acquire into long-term and short-term investments including: single-family homes, new construction homes, multi-family properties, commercial real estate, and land ventures. She has real estate investments in Florida, Louisiana, and Texas.
As a serial entrepreneur, Nancy Phan has created and exited several successful business ventures. She also advises international high net worth family offices on alternative real estate investing. Nancy Phan received her B.B.A. from University of North Florida with a double major in Accounting and Finance.
Emil Ramirez has been involved in real estate since 2007. In the last 36 months, he has participated in about 70+ investment transactions in Houston with gross volume of over $10 mil. Transactions include single family home rentals, mobile home rentals, acquisition for hedge funds, and traditional rehab and flip. His personal real estate investments in the Houston area have averaged 35%+ annualized return on investment.
Prior to becoming a full-time real estate investor, he was an CMBS Underwriter for Situs where he underwrote an excess $100 mil on behalf of CMBS lenders. Prior to that he was a distressed real estate Asset Manager at Rialto Capital acquiring over $400 mil of distressed debt. Emil Ramirez received his B.B.A. from Georgia State University with a double major in Real Estate and Managerial Sciences. He is a licensed real estate agent in the State of Texas.
Chris Drumm has been directly involved in well over 100 real estate transactions since 2012, including a mobile home park, a multimillion-dollar commercial building, several mobile homes, and numerous single-family fix and flip homes. Additionally, he currently manages several of his own investment properties and has a strong knowledge regarding construction and repair.
Chris Drumm received his Bachelor of Science degree from American Intercontinental University while majoring in Criminal Justice. He completed this while serving as a Sergeant on active duty in the US Army, specializing as a M1 Abrams Main Battle Tank Crewman. After being Honorably Discharged and becoming a top performing Sales Professional for several years, he discovered an interest in real estate. Chris has a long-standing track record of outstanding performance and superior results.
Joseph Tran’s family has been in the construction business for 40 years. He has managed numerous construction projects regarding new construction, commercial tenant build out, and single-family renovations. Prior to joining Eagle Equities International, he served as Senior Electrical Inspector for the City of New Orleans from 2014 to 2019.
Joseph Tran received a Master’s degree in Education from the University of North Florida. He was a former President of Southeast Louisiana Chapter of International Association of Electrical Inspectors. He is a current ICC Certified Residential & Commercial Electrical Inspector by International Code Council.
